Golden Jojoba Oil is a unique oil known for its long chain monosaturated wax esters, cold-pressed extracted from the seeds of the Jojoba plant, otherwise referred to as Simmondsia chinensis. After jojoba seed oil is extracted and filtered, the resulting unrefined jojoba retains its characteristic golden hue and bland aroma. Jojoba oil is widely sought-after in the personal-care and cosmetic industries for its moisturizing properties, used in a wide range of topical products for the skin such as body lotions, soaps, makeup, and hair applications. In addition to its moisturizing benefits, jojoba oil is known to be effective in lubricant formulations.

Virgin is considered the natural/raw material with the characteristic color, flavor, and aroma. Refining removes these properties so the material is a lighter shade than the virgin material and often times clear, off-white, or white with little-to-no scent or flavor.
Refined, bleached (non-chemical process), deodorized. An "RBDW" product goes through a winterization ("W") process in addition to the RBD process.
Deodorized materials go through a non-chemical, high-vacuum process to reduce their natural aroma. While the aroma is not removed fully, a deodorized product’s aroma is less potent than the natural or unrefined variety.
