After pressing, this variety of hazelnut oil is refined and deodorized to result in a bland material ranging from a clear yellow to dark orange appearance, due to the timing of the harvest and pressing. Hazelnut oil is widely used throughout the personal care and cosmetic industry as well as in food and beverage manufacturing.
