Chocolate Wafers 70% Bittersweet – Organic are a darker chocolate variety than semi-sweet chocolate, with a noticeably higher percent of cocoa derivatives of 70%, as its name suggests. With the remaining 30% being sugar, this variety of chocolate wafer has a mild sweet flavor ideal for creating rich, decadent desserts and dishes. Organic chocolate wafers are small disc shaped pieces slightly larger than the size of a quarter, easy to work with, melt, and mix into any baking recipe or added as a topping. Due to its lower sugar content, bittersweet chocolate wafers have become a popular addition to trail mix brands, supplement bars, or consumed as a snack on the go.
