Organic Garlic Oil is steam-distilled from the crushed bulbs of the Allium Sativum plant. The yielded oil carries a yellow to orange color with a potent characteristic aroma. Bulk garlic oil is sought after throughout the food manufacturing industry for obvious flavor enhancing purposes. Given this oil carries such a strong garlic flavor and aroma, a little of this desired essential oil can really impact the end result of a dish or formulated shelf-stable product.
