Cosmetic lotion base is a ready-to-use cold-process lotion base, ideal for formulating custom moisturizers. Comprised of sunflower seed oil, this vegan lotion carries a light and velvety texture to benefit all skin types. Cosmetic lotion base requires minimal labor and additives as it comes pre-preserved and pre-thickened. Manufacturers may add up to 3% additives such as essential oils, fragrances, or color additives, for a custom-contracted moisturizer. It is suitable for use in jars, bottles, and pump dispensers.
