Shampoo Base (Cosmos Compliant) is a fully formulated, pre-thickened haircare base produced by Stephenson Personal Care. This ready to use clear liquid base, great for all hair types and enriched with Aloe Vera, is an ideal ingredient to formulate your desired hair product. It is already pre-thickened and formulated with gentle foaming agents to create a creamy lather. It is free of sulfates, parabens, and enriched with aloe vera to result in a clean-non-chemical product for hair, simply requiring the addition of fragrance or essential oils of one’s choice.
