Oleic Acid (75% C:18:1 RSPO MB) is a naturally occurring Omega-9 essential monounsaturated fatty acid derived from crude Mass Balance certified palm kernel oil. This oleic acid variety carries Mass Balance Certification, one of the supply chain models in the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil scheme, a certification that is increasing in popularity as demand by manufacturers and brands alike seek sustainable palm ingredients for their formulations. This Mass Balance model supports the production of RSPO certified palm oil throughout the entire supply chain by monitoring the trade and input of both non-certified and certified palm.
RSPO Oleic Acid is a clear, free flowing oil carrying a mild to nonexistent aroma.
