Organic Monk fruit juice is a viscous liquid with a yellow to amber appearance and characteristic flavor profile, roughly 15-20 times sweeter than cane sugar. This natural sweetener is found in a wide range of food and beverage formulations that aim to reduce sugar content without sacrificing taste.
