Jedwards International, Inc. is a wholesale bulk supplier of Mixed Tocopherols - 95%, a natural Vitamin E containing Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Delta-Tocopherols. These compounds yield a minimum of 95% total tocopherols present in this naturally derived Vitamin E. Mixed tocopherols are odorless and have a medium to dark brown color making it an attractive ingredient used throughout the food industry.
Mixed tocopherols are fat soluble antioxidants and are widely used as a preservative throughout the food manufacturing industry. Vitamin E naturally resists oxidation, protects taste and helps prolong the shelf life of food products. Based on the D-alpha tocopherol level in the 95% natural mixed tocopherols, the IU activity is estimated at 125 IU per gram.
