Melt & Pour Soap Base Chips – Charcoal are an easy and ready to use product for handmade soapmaking, suitable for small-batch or large-scale production of soap bars. Infused with coconut shell charcoal, these soap chips will create hard, opaque black soaps. Charcoal soap bases are sought after by consumers for skin exfoliation and deep pore cleansing. Though the color cannot be altered due to the strength of the activated charcoal, this base can be customized with the addition of fragrance oils, essential oils, and exfoliants. It is often used in tandem with other soap bases to create unique marbled or layered soaps. Melt and pour charcoal soap base chips are free of SLS and parabens.
