Low Viscosity Lotion Base (Cosmos Compliant) by Stephenson Personal Care is a ready-to-use vegan-compliant cosmetic base. This versatile lotion base combines Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, and Shea Butter to formulate a highly soothing and moisturizing base. Compared to our High Viscosity Lotion Base, this low viscosity option has a more fluid consistency, suitable for bottles or pump dispensers. Manufacturers may opt to add up to 0.5% of essential oils for a desired custom end-product. COSMOS, short for COSMetic Organic and Natural Standard, sets certification requirements for organic and natural cosmetic products in Europe. This standard is recognized globally by the cosmetic industry and prioritizes materials that have been sourced or produced under environmentally friendly criteria.
