As a versatile concentrate, liquid foam soap concentrate is intended to mix with essential or fragrance oils, colorants, and various additives of one’s choice prior to dilution, preferably with distilled water. This material is procured throughout the personal-care realm for cost-effective manufacturing of liquid and dispenser soaps. Foam Soap Concentrate can be diluted up to 3 parts waters to one part concentrate.
