Eucalyptus Citriodora oil, commonly known as lemon eucalyptus, is an essential oil steam distilled from the leaves of the Corymbia citriodora tree. The Corymbia citriodora tree grows to 25-40 meters in height with smooth pale bark and highly aromatic narrow leaves when crushed. Eucalyptus citriodora yields a sweet, lemony fresh aroma similar to citronella, promoting its use as an insect repellent. Main applications include handcrafted soapmaking, perfumes, aromatherapy, cosmetic formulations, and candle making. The natural fresh clean scent of eucalyptus citriodora has increased its popularity among common household and industrial cleaning products.
