Jedwards International, Inc. is a wholesale bulk supplier of non-GMO Canola Oil.
Non-GMO Canola Oil, a widely distributed commodity carrier primarily used for food manufacturing and culinary dishes, is expeller pressed from the Brassica napus plant. After a full refining process, the yielded oil exhibits a clear, light honey appearance with a bland aroma and flavor profile. Canola oil is praised for its low concentration of saturated fat and a high proportion of monounsaturated fat content with a estimated ration of 2 t 1 to polyunsaturated fats. As an extremely popular cooking oil, canola oil is a preferred choice for sauteing, stir-frying, grilling, and baking due to its stability and relatively high smoke point of about 400° to 450° Fahrenheit. This versatile oil is one of the most popular options for coating pans during baking and cooking and often replaces the use of solid fats such as margarine and butter in recipes. In addition to food manufacturing, canola oil may be used in cosmetic formulations for its natural emollient properties, often utilized in lotions, creams, serums, and face masks.

What is your order processing time?
Current processing time is up to one week, exceptions may apply.

What is the difference between Virgin and Refined?
Virgin is considered the natural/raw material with the characteristic color, flavor, and aroma. Refining removes these properties so the material is a lighter shade than the virgin material and often times clear, off-white, or white with little-to-no scent or flavor.

What does RBD mean?
Refined, bleached (non-chemical process), deodorized. An "RBDW" product goes through a winterization ("W") process in addition to the RBD process.

What does "deodorized" mean?
Deodorized materials go through a non-chemical, high-vacuum process to reduce their natural aroma. While the aroma is not removed fully, a deodorized product’s aroma is less potent than the natural or unrefined variety.

What is the difference between Organic-certified and non-Organic?
QAI is our Organic Certifying Agency. Organic certification verifies that your farm or handling facility—located anywhere in the world—complies with the USDA organic regulations and allows you to sell, label, and represent your products as organic.

What does Non-GMO mean?
Non-Genetically Modified Organism; by definition, all Organic Certified materials are Non-GMO.
