Vanilla Extract / Organic
Madagascar bourbon is considered the premium of pure vanilla extracts and is used as a fragrance and flavoring agent. Vanilla pods grow green on the vine and are picked when the tip begins to turn yellow. The beans are then cured, giving the pods their characteristic brown color as well as their flavor and aroma.
