Organic Cinnamon Bark Oil is a pure essential oil steam-distilled from the bark of the Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree. Cinnamon Bark Oil is a clear liquid carrying a characteristic spicy-sweet aroma. In comparison to Cinnamon Leaf Oil, Cinnamon Bark Oil comes off as sharper and more biting with a more prominent cinnamon scent due to a higher cinnamaldehyde content. Cinnamon essential oils are popular throughout massage therapy and aromatherapy for its stimulating aroma. Cinnamon Bark Oil is GRAS, finding use in applications for food and beverage manufacturing as well as cosmetic formulations.
