Perilla Seed Oil / Kosher

Perilla seed oil is rich in essential fatty acids, primarily the omega-3 fatty acid ALA (alpha-linolenic acid C18:3n-3). The ALA content of perilla seed oil typically ranges from 50-60% concentration, an exceptionally high content compared to many other vegetable carrier oils. Uses for this oil vary widely from nutritional supplements to skincare formulations targeting problematic skin types, and even to industrial applications such as inks and paints and animal and bird feed.
