Guar Gum Powder

Guar gum powder, also referred to as guaran, is a white fine powder largely procured for food and beverage manufacturing to thicken and stabilize a formulation. It is often used in baking applications to improve the texture and consistency, as well as to prolong a product’s shelf life. Guar gum powder can be found in chewing gum, ice cream, yogurt, marinades, plant-based milks, and soups, to name a few. In the nutraceutical realm, this powder is used in the production of dietary supplements.
